Taking the most of the festive weekend, Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren took their daughter Honor to a relative’s house in Los Angeles yesterday (April 4) for an Easter party.

Dressed in their Sunday best, the happy trio arrived bearing gifts and were quick to make their way to the outdoor bouncy castle where they spent hours having fun.

Meanwhile, Jessica was the celebrity volunteer as Ty Pennington and his Extreme Makeover team traveled to Kemah, Texas last night to meet high school sweethearts Larry and Melissa Beach, whose compassion for children with disabilities moved them to take in 80 foster kids over the years.

During the broadcast, Jessica helped rebuild a home for the Texas foster family and said, “If you have the love, and the capacity to love children, you should just adopt. And I plan on doing it.”

Making the most of a sunny afternoon, Jessica Alba stepped out for lunch in Brentwood, CA yesterday (April 2).

Following her meal, the sexy starlet showed off her well-developed maternal skills as she grabbed hold of a friend’s child before making her way to her car.

Jessica is seemingly test driving the mystery baby amid reports she plans to adopt.

While filming an upcoming episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, the actress said that she would like a larger family. Jessica claimed that she was inspired after helping a family who had adopted 13 children but were still living in a small trailer.

“If you have the love, and the capacity to love children, you should just adopt,” she said. “And I plan on doing it.”

Jessica already has one child, 21-month-old daughter Honor Marie, with husband Cash Warren.

The episode of Extreme Makeover featuring Jessica will air this Sunday on ABC.

Jessica Alba can usually be found chasing around her adorable little daughter, but last night (March 23) the 28-year-old actress enjoyed a rare night out on the town.

Stepping out sans hubby Cash Warren, Jessica was among the attendees at the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival program and launch party at the W Hotel in Hollywood.

Jessica was on hand to promote her upcoming flick, The Killer Inside Me, a pulpy noir co-starring Kate Hudson and Casey Affleck.

While the last thing we’d ever do is watch a Jessica Alba movie, we can’t help but love her red carpet outfit. She’s definitely ready for fun spring fashion!

Jessica Alba looked every bit the trendy A-lister as she met up with a friend for an espresso and some pastries in Brentwood, CA on Saturday (March 20).

Leaving her velour tracksuit at home, the 28-year-old actress looked effortlessly hip in denim short shorts, nude sandals, a loose emblazoned top and a bright orange bra.

Jessica’s casual yet chic outfit is perfect for the occasion and her brown tinted Wayfarer sunglasses teamed with a understated tan handbag finished her outfit off nicely.

This week Jessica returned from South Africa where she visited townships in Soweto with the 1 Goal: Education For All campaign. She also looked in on one of the football stadiums which will host this summer’s World Cup.

“I’ve had an incredible visit to South Africa, listening and learning about the fight for education for all and sharing in the world’s excitement about the upcoming World Cup,” she said.

Jessica Alba was spotted taking her adorable little Honor grocery shopping Trader Joe’s in Westwood, CA today (March 19).

And while the gorgeous Valentine’s Day actress is used to being front and center, it was 21-month-old Honor who stole the show as she smiled for cameras.

Jessica Alba got some shopping done in Beverly Hills today (March 4).

Enjoying an afternoon off the constant demands of parenthood, the Valentine’s Day actress stepped out solo as she splurged at The North Face store before hitting up a jewelry store to peruse through some accessories.

Jessica will not be among the stars who will be hitting the red carpet this weekend for the Oscars. She apparently traveling. But who is she rooting for? Her Dark Angel creator James Cameron.

“Avatar is incredible, just incredible,” she says. “I love what Jim is doing for the environment, just in what his movie says about taking care of and trying to save our planet. It’s such a beautiful message.”

She adds: “There’s nobody like him, and we’re all blessed to have him be one of the best directors in our lifetime. He’s creating a platform for others to tie social messages into entertainment.”

Next up for Jessica? An appearance on the April 4 episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition on ABC.

Jessica Alba attended Global Green USA’s 7th Annual Pre-Oscar Party at Avalon in Hollywood last night (March 3).

Joined by rocker bros Benji and Joel Madden as well as husband Cash Warren, the Valentine’s Day actress was on hand to help raise funds for Global Green’s many projects intended to create green communities.

Since 1994, Global Green has collaborated with the Hollywood community to raise global awareness of climate-change solutions. The organization is behind projects encouraging celebrities to drive green cars, build green homes and products, and vote for green political leaders.

Fellow planet-loving partygoers included the likes of Serena Williams and upcoming Dancing with the Stars castmember Nicole Scherzinger.

Joined by a herd of their family members, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren took their daughter Honor out to the Coldwater Canyon Park in Beverly Hills on Sunday (February 28).

After testing out the slides with mom, it was off to the swings with dad for 20-month-old Honor before calling it a day.

According to an onlooker, Jessica looked “happy and relaxed” and seemed eager to enjoy time with her family.

Meanwhile, after the needless success of Valentine’s Day, Jessica will soon begin promoting a slew of new movies. They include An Invisible Sign of My Own, a drama about woman who teaches math and help her students through their own crises, Robert Rodriguez’s upcoming action thriller Machete as well as the Meet the Fockers Sequel.

Jessica Alba made a rather playful red carpet arrival to the Valentine’s Day premiere in Los Angeles on Monday (February 8 ).

Joined by hubby Cash Warren, the 28-year-old actress donned a flirty frock with faux feathers as she worked the press line ahead the world premiere of her latest romantic comedy.

Meanwhile, in a chat with MTV, Jessica doles out some dating advice.

Her suggestions:

- “Eye contact is good. Especially if you want it to go to the next level.”

- “Absolutely pick up [the check]. Hopefully [your date] offers, but that’s just a gesture. You should pick it up.”

- On texting during a date: “Excuse yourself to the restroom. Just excuse yourself to the restroom. Don’t do that at the table — it’s very annoying.”

- “And you should also order two desserts. You should order the one that she’s going to order and the one that she really wants.”

- On how to make a move: “Reaching over is weird. You can play footsy!”

Being married to Jessica Alba has its perks — just ask Cash Warren!

The kept hubby was as giddy as a schoolgirl as he and Jessica left their South Beach hotel yesterday (February 7) en route to Super Bowl XLIV, between the Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints.

After taking his seat at the Sun Life Stadium, Cash tweeted: “Something about stealth bombers flying over your head feels so American. Cheers super Bowl!” He then went on to brag about his 40 yrd line seats.
