Pop music “it” boy Justin Bieber spent the afternoon making a music video in Beverly Hills yesterday (March 29) alongside Sean Kingston.

Eenie Meenie is the first of two songs that Justin and Sean have collaborated on to appear on their respective albums. Released earlier this month, it debuted at number 13.

During the day of production, Justin tweeted: “Video shoot…school….Video shoot…long day. With good people so all good.”

Meanwhile, it’s going to be “Bieber fever” this week on American Idol as the teen sensation is scheduled to perform on the reality singing competition show tomorrow.

More than likely his performance will coincide with his single Never Let You Go, which will debut at 12 a.m. on March 30.

Hours before Justin Bieber arrived at new York’s Lucky Strike Lanes for his bowling-themed My World 2.0 release party, the 16-year-old pop star stopped by “The Late show With David Letterman” to bust out the album’s first single, “Baby.”

After guest appearances by Ben Stiller and celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, Bieber came out dressed in a black leather motorcycle jacket and black jeans. Flanked by four backup dancers, Bieber shimmied across the stage as he sang.

“It was very exciting to be here with Bieber,” Stiller told Letterman earlier in the show. “I’m not being facetious. People [outside] are screaming constantly. I felt great when I got out of my car, because I didn’t know Justin was on the show.”

The 44-year-old actor and comedian eventually got the chance to say hello to the teen star. “Met Justin Bieber tonight on Letterman,” Stiller wrote on his Twitter account. “Told him to hang in there, things will happen for him eventually.”

Bieber gave Stiller a shout-out on his own Twitter feed, writing, “I’m on LETTERMAN 2nite… things got a little crazy with Ben Stiller. we took the bulls by the horns.”

After the performance, Letterman said to Bieber, “Hey, how ya doing, buddy? come on up here. Nice job!”

Then, it was on to the bowling party, where fans had been lined up for hours to catch a glimpse of the singer. Going up against Nick Cannon in a head-to-head bowl-off, Bieber ended up coming away the champion. but there wasn’t much time to celebrate. Just hours later, the teen was up and ready to hit the next leg of his promotional tour.

“Wow. It’s early … headed to the airport,” he tweeted Wednesday morning (March 24). “Chicago bound.”

My World 2.0 is the latter of two-part debut studio album from Canadian singer Justin Bieber, and is his first full studio release. the album is the follow-up to the first platinum certified half of the album, which was released on November 17, 2009, via Island Records, and 2.0 is anticipated for a March 23, 2010 release. Bieber will support the album with his very first headlining tour.

Sure, Sean Kingston let Justin Bieber get behind the wheel of his Ferrari in Miami last month, but there’s more to the pair’s friendship than joyrides.

The singers have teamed up for the new song “Eenie Meenie,” which Kingston co-wrote and was premiered Thursday morning on Kingston’s MySpace page, which is streaming the track.

After meeting last year at a radio show, Bieber, 16, and Kingston, 20, became close friends. “I’m kind of like his big brother,” says Kingston, who spent last weekend celebrating his pal’s birthday in L.A.

The pair share a love of sneakers, cars, X-Box games – and, of course, making music.

“Eenie Meenie,” in fact, is just the beginning of their collaborations. “We’re starting a writing team together,” Kingston reveals.

The tune is expected to be included on Kingston’s upcoming album, and will also be part of Bieber’s new album, My World 2.0, out March 23.
