Kim then jumped back into her car and redefined vanity as she checked out a photo of herself on her Blackberry before going on her way.

Kim Kardashian wasted no time in Miami today (April 1) showing off her curvy bod.

Rather than laying about, the Keeping up with the Kardashians star jumped right back into her work posing in a swimsuit for a photoshoot, likely for her QuickTrim diet pills which have allegedly kept her and her famous rear end in such fantastic shape.

Kim is seemingly doing her best to keep up a happy front despite that recent split from her Super Bowl-winning boyfriend Reggie Bush.

While some celebrity babies are shielded from the spotlight, it appears Mason Disick was brought this world solely for promotional purposes.

The 4000-square-foot home is walled and gated and has several fireplaces, a pool, outdoor living and dining areas, a spa, a waterfall and an outdoor massage room.
