LINDSAY LOHAN WASHES UP AT HOLLYWOOD PARTY
Lindsay Lohan crawled out of the coffin she’s been calling home in recent times to attend the adidas & Snoop Dogg More Malice Deluxe Album And Mini Movie Celebration at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood last night (March 22).
Dressed in an oversized t-shirt and her trademark leggings, the 23-year-old former actress rubbed elbows with the likes of Trace Cyrus, Ben Lyons and Ryan Phillippe as she partied the night away as only she can.
Meanwhile, despite her less than enviable reputation, the director of Lindsay’s upcoming documentary about child trafficking in India is standing up for the troubled starlet. “‘She behaved perfectly throughout – she slept in the same hotels, travelled in the same cars, just asked the right questions and clearly empathised with the children in a way hardened reporters might struggle to have done,” says Maninderpal Sahota. “Most people in rural villages in India have absolutely no idea who Lindsay Lohan is… When we finished, we had to race to the airport chased by paparazzi.”
Danny Cohen, BBC3’s channel controller, also defends the use of Hollywood actress to front the investigative documentary.
He tells Britain’s Radio Times: “Finding a celebrity who genuinely cares about the issue really helps pull in a crowd that wouldn’t otherwise switch on. But you have to be careful. If you get a rent-a-celeb, this audience can spot it a mile off. I’ve turned down more celebrity-led documentaries than I’ve put on the channel.”
LINDSAY LOHAN HAS A WILL TO PARTY
Lindsay Lohan was spotted having a spot of bother persuading security to let her into Trousdale nightclub in Los Angeles last night (March 18).
The trouble starlet spent 15 minutes persuading the doormen to allow her access to the brand new club. But strangely, after all that, Lindsay left the club having only spent 10 minutes inside as it was closing time!!
Once she got home, Miss Lohan was quick to hit up her Twitter account to explain herself. “You heard it FIRST,” she writes. “I’m sure paparazzi peeps with bad karma will say i was trying to ‘get in’ to a party, instead of the reality of the situation.” She later added: “Don’t most readers like the drama, rather than the happy ending? Then again, there’s a reason i’m NOT a reader.”
Meanwhile, despite reports to the contrary, Lindsay has not been in touch with her father Michael since his heart attack.
Michael suffered a minor heart attach earlier this week, but it appears his endless public feuds with his estranged daughter have caused her to avoid the desperate family matter.
The former stage dad is due to undergo an angioplasty in to remove blockages in his coronary arteries.
ESQUIRE MAG OFFERS INSIGHT ON E-TRADE’S LINDSAY AD
Lindsay Lohan’s lawsuit against E-Trade may be affected by Esquire magazine.
A journalist was in on some early meetings with the Grey Group, E-Trade’s advertising firm, for what they thought was “a harmless little inside look” at the “milk-a-holic” ad’s creative process — one that now is shedding more light on the case.
According to writer Joshua David Stein, interview notes and various documents show that the character’s name changed from Deborah to Lindsay, but the celebrity likeness was dismissed early on.
Late last year (the name was changed in September), Stein asked Grey’s chief creative officer whether “Lindsay” was a reference to Miss Lohan. “Not at all. I don’t think we even thought of it at the time,” he said.
LINDSAY LOHAN NEEDS TO GET OVER HERSELF
Today (March 9) the 23-year-old former actress was see arriving at the Chanel fashion show smoking a cigarette outside of the venue in Paris.
Meanwhile, Lindsay’s lawyers have filed a lawsuit against financial company E-Trade, saying the “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay in its latest commercial was modeled after her.
She’s seeking $100 million in damages.
According to the New York Post, Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, says the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna, and wants an injunction to force the spot off the air. Chris Brown, a spokesman for Grey Group, which produced the spot, told the Post it’s “just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”

Tending to her fashion duties, Lindsay Lohan attended the John Galliano Ready to Wear show during Paris Womenswear Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2011 at Halle Freyssinet.
Dressed in a black and pale pink frock, the 23-year-old former actress flashed photogs a quick smile following the presenation before carrying on with her extended stay in the French captial.
LINDSAY LOHAN LOVES TURKISH MAGAZINES
Not every celebrity was in Hollywood for the Oscars on Sunday night (March 7).
Rather than spend the evening networking in an attempt to refurbish her bruised and battered career, Lindasy Lohan attended the Turkish Vogue Edition launch party in Paris.
Held at Hotel Crillon as part of Paris Fashion Week, the lackluster event was attended by fellow washed up actor Gary Dourdan.
Meanwhile, it appears Britney Spears’ father has banned the pop star from talking to former party pal Lindsay.
“The trouble started when Lindsay reached out to Britney for advice on getting her career back on track,” a source has been quoted as saying. “They simply chatted by phone — but when Britney mentioned it to Jamie, he exploded. He instantly phoned Lindsay’s managers and told them he would NOT tolerate further attempts to contact his daughter. Britney’s so totally humiliated — she feels like she’s 13 again. It’s embarrassing for her that she’s 28 years old, but her dad gets to tell her who her friends will be. On the other hand, Jamie’s trying to keep what he deems to be bad influences away from his daughter — and Lindsay certainly qualifies.”
LINDSAY LOHAN PARTIES IN PARIS
It may be Oscar weekend, but don’t tell that to Lindsay Lohan – she’s got better things to do!
Tending to her fashion party duties, the 23-year-old former actress was among the attendees at the VIP Room Theater Paris Official Inauguration event in Paris last night (March 5).
Looking dishevelled and dissociated, Lindsay joined the likes of Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld as they feted party mogul Jean Roch’s launch expansion launch of his legendary nightclub.
Already this year Lindsay has attended London and Milan Fashion Weeks, although she was reportedly blacklisted from the New York shows.
LINDSAY LOHAN STROLLS PARIS
Lindsay Lohan is making the most of her trip to Paris.
After attending a slew of fashion shows, the former actress took a sight seeing stroll through the streets of the French capital today (March 5) with a few friends.
Meanwhile, Lindsay has revealed she is working on her autobiography.
“I write a lot and it’s very therapeutic for me because then I can see what’s happening on paper,” she says. “I’ve started writing a book. It’s going to take a while, all my life experiences. I started writing it a year ago. There’s a lot to put down.”
Hey, if Lauren Conrad can do it, why not Lindsay, right?
LINDSAY LOHAN ADORES DIOR, NOT A DJ

Not surprisingly, the 23-year-old starlet is not on the list to present at the Oscars Sunday night. In other words, enjoy Fashion Week, girl — it’s all you got!
Meanwhile, Lindsay is slamming the latest round of relationship rumours surrounding her personal life – this time, she’s debunking a report by a British tabloid that she’s dating another DJ.
British tabloid The Mirror reported that Lindsay was spotted with British DJ Gareth Morgan – also known as DJ Geno – getting cozy and even “canoodling” at Sketch nightclub in London on Wednesday night.
But Lindsay is calling the report bunk!
“I’m NOT dating him,” Lindsay tweeted early this morning. “lies lies lies.”
