Paris Hilton was spotted making her way out of Fred Segal in West Hollywood today (March 30) after shopping around inside with a friend.

The 29-year-old celebutante showed off an interesting style this afternoon in a pair of leggings that had a knee guard of some sort on them with a vintage LA message shirt on and a stylish Chanel hat.

Photographers swarmed the failed fashionista but it didn’t bother her one bit . As her friend hid her face and the bandage on it behind a hoodie, she managed to document every move the shutterbugs made around her pal Paris.

Meanwhile, after two seasons — and two years– on MTV trying to find someone to pose with her at parties, Paris has turned to the TV Guide Network, and the UK, in order to find a bestie for life. That’s right — Paris Hilton’s British Best Friend is set to air tonight on TV Guide.

No word on whether current BFF Stephen Hampton has any idea he’s being replaced.

Paris Hilton looks to be head over heels these days for the colour baby blue!

Enjoying a day of pampering, the 29-year-old socialite was seen sporting her new baby blues while getting her nails done in sunny Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, Paris’ longtime beau Doug Reinhardt is reportedly helping to put together a new reality show.

According to the New York Post, the show won’t be about the celebrity couple but will be all about Doug’s sister.

Doug’s agent reportedly confirmed: “Doug is producing the show, which will star his sister and her friends - but he and Paris will also make appearances.”

Casey Reinhardt herself is no stranger to reality TV, having appeared in the MTV series Laguna Beach and some episodes of The Hills.

Paris Hilton looks lovely and refreshed as she left a skin care spa in Beverly Hills on Tuesday (March 23).

Upon leaving the salon, the 29-year-old socialite stopped to chat with a young fan in a wheelchair before heading home.

Following her afternoon of pampering, Paris tweeted: “Had an amazing facial today at my favorite spa Kate Somerville. They are the best!”

Meanwhile, Doug Reinhardt and the hotel heiress recently spend a week with his mother, Kelly and stepfather Duane Roberts at a luxury villa on the Caribbean island of Anguilla, fuelling rumours they will soon marry.

“Paris and Doug looked like they were on a honeymoon. They would be on the beach for hours, just staring into each other’s eyes, kissing and laughing,” a source is quoted as saying. “At dinner Doug’s mom was overheard referring to Paris as her, ‘daughter-in-law’ and it’s pretty clear that Paris’ family feels the same way about Doug.”

That certainly appeared to be the case as the 29-year-old celebutante was seen buying a couple of new laptops at the Apple Store in Hollywood on Wednesday (March 2).

Following her outing, Paris tweeted: “Just got some new computers and electronic gadgets at The Melrose Mac Store. I am such a tech nerd. I can’t help it! Technology rocks!”

Though boyfriend Doug Reinhardt was nowhere tob be seen, things seem to be brewing again with the hotel heiress and the former star of The Hills. The couple started dating in February of 2009 but broke up shortly after in June. However, the couple seems to have put the past in the past and made their relationship on again in August.

Paris has definitely made it known that she’s been wanting to take the relationship with Doug to the next level by dropping various hints the past couple of months. Just last month when she accepted an award from the Heats for Hope benefit, she stated, “I’d like to thank my future sister-in-law Casey (Reinhardt).” But things aren’t too sure for Doug as he stated on his readiness to walk down the aisle, “We’ll see what happens in the future, but right now we are so happy to be together and we are really in love.”

Paris Hilton and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt will have nothing to do with the upcoming Amademy Awards, but that certainly won’t stop them from attending the event’s various pre parties.

The country’s self-regulatory body, Conar, is reportedly investigating an ad campaign starring the bleach blonde celebutante for Devassa Bem Loura beer for being too sexually provocative, even by the racy standards of Brazilian beer ads.

The ad features Paris in a short black dress preening and rubbing a can of Devassa beer on herself, to the delight of onlookers watching through her window.

While the costume is hardly controversial, Brazil’s regulations say beer commercials cannot treat women as overtly sensual objects.

Joined by beau Doug Reinhardt, parents Kathy and Rick Hilton, and a slew of well-wishing partygoers, the bleach blonde birthday girl was all smiles as she got the party started with dinner and cake at TAO restaurant at the Venetian.

During her big night out, Paris tweeted, “Just walked into dinner at Tao. Walking in was crazy! There were tons of people all waiting to greet me and say Happy Birthday! So Sweet!” Afterwards, she added: “What a fun night! My mom and Doug were so cute dancing together! I love how my parents love my love! We all had a blast! Great night!”

Meanwhile, despite the united front, Paris was reportedly left fuming at another one of her 29th birthday bashes after Doug got into a fight with her friend Brandon Davis and then later began arguing with her in the middle of New York hot spot Tea Room on Thursday.

Doug was apparently angry after Brandon arrived unexpectedly and appeared to be inebriated.

“One minute, Paris and Doug were looking all loved up; the next minute, they started bickering,” a source tells the New York Post. “Doug didn’t seem happy about all the attention she was getting. Paris started to pout and gave him some girly punches in the back before storming off. The next minute, Doug was shouting at Brandon. The music was so loud that we couldn’t hear what he was saying, but he then got Brandon thrown out of the door.”

But the birthday girl patched things up with her boyfriend and ended the night with a smile on her face . “She and Doug were looking all romantic by the end of the night.”

Considering she famously celebrates her birthday by taking private jets to various cities all around the world to party, Paris Hilton celebrated her 29th in a rather low-key fashion last night (February 17).

Joined by her sister Nicky, her parents Kathy and Rick, and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, the birthday girl enjoyed a night of authentic Italian cuisine surrounded by loved ones.

After wining and dining all evening long, Paris could be seen leaving the celeb-friendly eatery with oodles of gifts, including designer shoes and high-end toys.

During her night out, Paris tweeted, “Just had a lovely dinner with the fam at Dan Tana’s. Yum, loves it!” She later added: “Doug gave the most beautiful birthday speech to me at dinner in front of my family. So sweet!
